(Carolina potluck favorite...been at everyone since we moved here and so easy!)
1 box Graham Crakers
4 cups Milk
2 large boxes Vanilla Instant Pudding
1 med. container Cool Whip
1 container Chocolate Frosting
LAYER graham crackers, slightly overlapping, on bottom of 9x13 pan; set aside. Beat milk and dry pudding mix with whisk 2 min. Let stand 5 min. Stir in whipped topping.
SPREAD half of the pudding mixture over graham squares in pan; top with graham crackers and remaining pudding mixture. Cover with remaining graham squares.
REFRIGERATE at least 3 hours. Spread with frosting just before serving. Or microwave frosting and pour on just before serving.

Next Benware potluck (I mean "Pot-Providence--Brenton might remember that one) you're in charge of dessert. It looks so good. Did you feed any to the puppies? Can you please name the cutest puppy Scout? Or Sadie? I won't make you name any of them Aunt Jemimah--though I think Brenton and I can both agree Aunt Jemimah (the goat) was accurately named. Claudia
I actually haven't made the dessert yet, picture from the internet! Brenton did mention naming one of the pups Aunt Jemimah, forgot where he was coming up with these things. Too fun!
Awesome dessert! I've made this several times and it's simple but, o-so-good! :) Hope you are doing great friend. Miss you!
